Pineapple Pummelo Margaritas

Fresh pineapple and pummelo juices put a fun, refreshing twist on the typical margarita recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ ounces tequila
  • ½ ounce Triple Sec
  • 3 ounces pineapple juice as fresh as possible!
  • Juice of ½ of a pummelo
  • Juice of ¼ of a lime

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker ½ to ¾ of the way up with ice. Add margarita ingredients and shake well. Fill a rocks or margarita glass most of the way with ice and strain shaker ingredients into glass. Bottoms up!
