Raspberry-Mint Gin Smash

- 5-7 fresh mint leaves torn
- 6 fresh raspberries
- 2 ounces gin
- 5 dashes rose water
- Juice of ½ a lime
- ½ ounce simple syrup
- Top with club soda
Place mint, raspberries and gin in a cocktail shaker (without ice.) Muddle these ingredients until the raspberries release their juices. Add ice, rose water, lime juice and simple syrup to the shaker and shake it up. Strain into a rocks glass with some fresh ice. Top with club soda.
