Lemon and Lavender Spiked Kombucha Floats

A tasty, refreshing ice cream float with a healthy hit of kombucha.

Ingredients

  • 4 large scoops of French Vanilla ice cream or your preferred substitute
  • 6 ounces limoncello
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 8 ounces TheBu Lavender Kombucha or your favorite kombucha
  • Dried culinary lavender optional; recommended more for looks than taste

Instructions

  • Divide the above ingredients into two large glasses in the order listed above (ice cream first, then kombucha, then limoncello, then vodka, and finally kombucha.) I used my favorite milkshake glasses that came in this set on Amazon.
  • If needed, place individual floats in freezer while making the other(s) so they don’t melt too much.
  • Enjoy immediately for best results.
