- 1 ½ ounces gin
- ¼ ounce lemon juice
- ½ ounce simple syrup
- Top with sparkling wine
In a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice, add gin, lemon juice and simple syrup.
Shake for 30 seconds, then strain into a champagne flute.
Top with sparkling wine.
- To make your own simple syrup, bring 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar to a boil in a small saucepan. Reduce to a simmer and let reduce by half, or until syrupy. Let cool before using.
