This Pineapple Turmeric Ginger Elixir is a healthy mocktail that’s just as refreshing as it is good for you. Pineapple juice, ginger beer, turmeric and fresh lime combine to make a tasty drink that’s perfect for summer!

- Ice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 4 ounces pineapple juice (no sugar added if possible)
- Juice of 1/2 a lime
- 4 ounces ginger beer
- Lime wheels or wedges for garnish
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway full with ice, then add turmeric, pineapple juice and lime. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
Fill two rocks glasses with ice and strain contents of cocktail shaker evenly between the two.
Top with ginger beer and garnish with lime wheels or wedges.
