Spicy Poke Bowls

Sushi-grade ahi is dressed in the most delicious spicy Asian marinade and accompanied by all of your favorite bowl fixin's.

Ingredients

For the poke:

  • 1 pound sushi-grade ahi
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons sambal oelek (or sriracha)

For the rest of the bowl:

  • Cooked brown rice
  • Seaweed salad
  • Avocado
  • Sliced cucumber
  • Shredded purple cabbage
  • Green onions
  • Furikake

Instructions

  • Combine all poke ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving for best results. 
  • To make bowl, start with a base of rice, then add your poke. Top with however much of each remaining ingredient you would like.
