For the poke:

pound
sushi-grade ahi
2
green onions, sliced

tablespoons
soy sauce

white sesame seeds

teaspoons
sesame oil

teaspoons
sambal oelek (or sriracha)
For the rest of the bowl:
Cooked brown rice
Seaweed salad
Avocado
Sliced cucumber
Shredded purple cabbage
Green onions
Furikake
Instructions
Combine all poke ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving for best results.
To make bowl, start with a base of rice, then add your poke. Top with however much of each remaining ingredient you would like.
