Fresh Raspberry Mint Limeade

This citrus quencher is loaded with fresh limes and raspberries, with a touch of mint to really bring it over the top. Add vodka for a delicious cocktail!

Ingredients

  • 16 fresh raspberries
  • 4-6 ounces simple syrup (depending on how sweet you want your drinks)
  • 10 fresh mint leaves, plus 2 mint sprigs for garnish
  • 1 cup fresh lime juice (approximately 12 limes)

Instructions

  • Divide raspberries, simple syrup and mint leaves evenly into the bottom of two highball glasses. Muddle ingredients in each glass until the raspberries release their juices. 
  • Fill highball glasses to the top with ice. Top with fresh lime juice. 
  • Garnish with fresh mint sprigs and enjoy!
