Ingredients

  • 10 dates, pitted and chopped
  • 2 frozen bananas, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup ice or frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into two glasses and serve!
