  • 2 bananas
  • 1/3 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 2 1/2 cups baby kale
  • 2 cups assorted frozen fruit
  • 2 scoops protein powder
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk may want to adjust depending on how thick or thin you like your smoothie
  1. Place bananas, Greek yogurt and almond butter in blender.
  2. Add greens and frozen fruit.
  3. Add protein powder and Chia seeds.
  4. Pour in almond milk.
  5. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  6. Enjoy!
